Business Development Lead
(Location: India/Remote)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to spearhead our lead generation efforts. This role is crucial for driving the growth of our HR Tech extensions for SAP SuccessFactors within a global SaaS multi-product environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the entire lead generation process, from data management to the generation of qualified leads, and coordinating demo scheduling for the sales team, including the execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
YOUR ROLE
Lead Generation Management:
Oversee the entire lead generation function, ensuring the consistent flow of high-quality leads.
Develop and execute data-driven lead generation strategies, including data management and enrichment.
Implement and manage tools and platforms for lead generation, ensuring effective use of CRM systems.
Qualified Lead Generation:
Generate and nurture leads through multiple channels, including digital marketing, ABM, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Work closely with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that align with the sales funnel.
Identify and engage with potential clients, guiding them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
Sales Support:
Schedule product demos and meetings with the sales team for qualified leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up on leads.
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize the sales process.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
Design and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create personalized content and campaigns for key accounts.
Track and report on the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Performance Metrics:
Track and analyse lead generation performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Continuously optimize lead generation processes based on data insights and performance results.
Set and achieve targets for lead volume, conversion rates, and demo scheduling.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (at least 3 years) in a business development or lead generation role within a global SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of the sales funnel and the user journey.
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and ABM platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make strategic decisions.
Demonstrated track record of achieving lead generation targets and contributing to revenue growth.
