HR Executive
(Location : India/Remote)
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to support our HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices, employee relations,and compliance, and will contribute to our goal of creating a positive workplace culture.
YOUR ROLE
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources.
Preparing and dispatching HR letters as per employee requirements & company’s standard processes.
Introduce new employees to company policies and culture.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions to enhance employee satisfaction.
Monthly leaves, timesheet & expense verification in the HRIS system.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, maintain employee records, and assist with compliance initiatives.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and job satisfaction.
Employee offboarding & guiding employees with exit formalities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
