HR Manager
(Location : India/Remote)
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseas HR (Singapore). You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
YOUR ROLE
Employee onboarding and conducting orientation & induction for new employees joining overseas.
Monthly leaves, timesheet & expense verification in the HRIS system.
Employee offboarding & guiding overseas employees with exit formalities.
Regularly updating, reviewing, and accurately maintaining all employee master data & files in the HRIS system
Maintaining and updating data pertaining to company assets & insurances.
Disseminating information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
Effectively handling all employee queries & grievances.
Preparing and dispatching HR letters as per employee requirements & company’s standard processes.
Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5+ years of work experience as an HR Generalist and 1+ year of experience leading a team.
Strong attention to detail and innate ownership of tasks/ activities.
Ability to work independently and be able to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people.
Ability to maintain highly confidential data.
