Oracle HCM Consultant

We are looking for a motivated Oracle HCM Consultant to support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support projects. This role is ideal for professionals who are building their consulting expertise and are keen to develop hands-on configuration skills across Oracle HCM modules under the guidance of Senior and Lead Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on functional and business requirements.
Support requirement gathering sessions and contribute to solution design discussions.
Assist in testing cycles including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance
Testing (UAT).
Support data validation, data migration, and integration activities.
Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, and user guides.
Provide post-go-live support and assist in resolving functional issues.
Collaborate with Senior and Lead Consultants to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Proactively learn new Oracle HCM modules and best practices to broaden consulting capabilities.
Oracle HCM Module Exposure:
The Consultant role will support the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules:
Core HR
Absence Management
Payroll Support
Time & Labor
Talent Management
Compensation
Reporting and Analytics
Required Skills:
Basic hands-on configuration experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Foundational understanding of HR business processes.
Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional project teams.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Associate level).
Familiarity with reporting tools and integration concepts.
Willingness to work across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
2–5 years of overall HCM / ERP experience.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience working on at least one Oracle HCM implementation or support engagement.
