Principal Consultant (HR Advisory & Strategy Consulting)

HR Business Process Reengineering (BPR):
Lead and advise clients on HR process redesign and optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
Identify gaps in current HR processes and recommend innovative solutions to streamline operations.
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of reengineered processes.
HR Process to HRTech Mapping:
Advise clients on aligning HR processes with HR technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
Evaluate and recommend HRTech platforms (e.g., HCM systems, talent management tools, payroll systems) that best fit client needs.
Oversee the integration of HRTech solutions with existing HR processes and systems.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CHROs, HR Directors, and business leaders.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and recommendations to address complex HR challenges.
Lead client workshops, presentations, and discussions to drive consensus and decision making.
Project Management:
Manage end-to-end delivery of HR transformation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Monitor project progress, risks, and budgets, and provide regular updates to clients and internal leadership.
Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth and project success.
Thought Leadership:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR transformation.
Contribute to the development of intellectual property, tools, and methodologies to enhance the firm’s HR advisory capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
6+ years of experience in HR consulting, with a focus on HR Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and HRTech transformation.
Proven track record of working with clients to design and implement HR strategies, processes, and technology solutions.
Strong understanding of HR functions (e.g., talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, payroll, etc.) and their integration with HR technology.
Experience with leading HRTech platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Advisory & Strategy Consultants at the Manager or Senior Manager level to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in HR Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and HRTech transformation.
In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on HR strategy, process optimization, and technology integration to drive organizational effectiveness and innovation.
