Senior Oracle HCM Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant to support and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. This role focuses on hands-on configuration, testing, documentation, and supporting project delivery across assigned Oracle HCM modules.
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration discussions.
Support testing cycles including SIT and UAT.
Assist with data validation, data migration, and integrations.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.
Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.
Collaborate closely with Lead Consultants and cross-functional project teams.
5–8 years of overall HCM / ERP experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience working on multiple Oracle HCM implementation or support engagements.
The two Lead roles will collectively cover the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules:
Core HR
Absence Management
Payroll
Time & Labor
Talent Management (Performance, Goals, Learning)
Compensation
Reporting and Analytics
Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Strong understanding of HR business processes.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Exposure to integrations and reporting tools.
Flexibility to work across multiple Oracle HCM modules..
