SF RCM + ONB – Lead Consultant

Project Leadership:
Manage the full lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors implementations, from project initiation to go-live and support.
Lead module-specific workshops, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
Solution Design & Configuration:
Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and system optimization.
Provide expertise in designing cross-module process integrations and workflow customizations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors functionality.
Team Leadership:
Delegate tasks effectively to junior consultants, ensuring skill development and project efficiency.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Quality Assurance & Sign-Offs:
Drive milestone sign-offs by delivering quality solutions aligned with project objectives and timelines.
Ensure thorough testing and validation of system configurations to meet client expectations.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and contribute to the development of reusable assets (e.g., templates, checklists, best practices).
Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors updates and emerging trends.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM + ONB modules.
Familiarity with data migration, reporting, and system integration.
8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM + ONB implementation with expertise in one or more modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation).
Proven experience leading workshops, client sessions, and end-to-end module delivery.
Should have played the role of Lead Consultant in at least 6 end-to-end implementation projects (all relevant modules).
Core HR Specialist (Expertise in Employee Central Core, Leave, Time Sheet, and Benefits).
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Offboarding).
Talent Management Specialist (Expertise in Performance, Succession, and Career.
Development, Expertise in Compensation is an added advantage).
SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.
