UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for user interface and user experience design to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth with the potential for expanded design responsibilities, based on individual performance and mutual interest.
YOUR ROLE
Assist in the design and creation of user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and project requirements
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs
Work closely with senior designers to maintain design consistency and quality across projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Two years of relevant experience in UI/UX design or related field
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
Strong understanding of design principles and best practices for web and mobile interfaces
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to feedback
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in the field of UI/UX design
